We work across a range of educational and healthcare settings to improve sleep outcomes for children and young people. These reports highlight the reach and effectiveness of our services, capturing real-world feedback from students, families, and professionals. Whether through one-to-one support, group sessions or CPD training, our approach continues to adapt based on what works best for those we support.
Hunrosa supported around 520 students through freshers’ fairs, lectures, classroom sessions, awareness events, clinics and specialist one-to-one support. Feedback was highly positive, with 97% learning something new about sleep and 92% saying the information would help their own sleep. Clinic participants reported improved routines, greater understanding and high satisfaction, while 35 professionals also received training to strengthen ongoing support within colleges.
